Bibi Seck was born in Paris and spent his formative years in London, Paris and Dakar. Bibi has designed cars for Renault during his twelve-year tenure at the French automobile manufacturer. His interiors include the compact SUV Scenic I and II, Twingo II and the cargo van Trafic. While at Renault, he designed the F1 Micrograph watch for Tag Heuer.
Bibi has taught at Strate Collége School of Design and Management in Paris, at Université Technologique de Compiegne, and most recently at Pratt Institute. Bibi's work has won several awards, including Car of the Year Awards for Scénic II and Trafic, and the 2002 Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève. Ayse and Bibi have spoken at the Indaba Design Conference, the Saint Etienne Design Biennale and the IDEA Design Conference Connecting 07. They are the winners of the IDEA Gold award 2009 for the Teneo Storage System.
